A maximum of five days after order registration may be required to ship the order. The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit, colissimo followed by the delivery address indicated by the customer.
To enable WE ARE PRIMITIV to fulfill its delivery obligation, the customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. It must indicate, in particular, the street number, the building number, the staircase number, the entry access code, the first and last name of the recipient and his telephone number.
The company WE ARE PRIMITIV responds to the lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery as provided for in Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code.
The buyer will have to check the conformity of the parcel delivered at its reception.
He will have the right to refuse delivery if it appears to him to be manifestly non-compliant. In case the package or its contents appear to be damaged, he must make written reservations to the carrier. He will have the choice either to return it to WE ARE PRIMITIV for standard exchange or to ask for a refund of the price paid and in which case he will have to give his credit card number.
In case the buyer wishes to make a return of order, he must first contact the customer service department at the following address : email@example.com
The customer service department will then indicate the procedure to follow.
The customer will have to specify the reason of his return, the reference of the article as well as the number of his order.
In any case, the buyer has a period of 7 working days from delivery to request the exchange or refund of part or all of his order.
The right of the buyer to refund or exchange is valid only for items not worn and returned in their original packaging. In the case of a request for reimbursement of an item that has benefited from free or reduced shipping costs, the shipping costs according to the current rate will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
The costs of participation in the shipping of the order are offered (from 80 euros of purchase) for deliveries in mainland France and are paid whatever the quantity for Europe and the rest of the world.
In case of refund, the customer will be refunded the amount due, after receipt of the product by WE ARE PRIMITIV, within 30 days, by transfer. Sale items will not be returned or exchanged.
